User instructions
Our products come standard with an extensive manual for operation and maintenance.
If desired, we will give you and your employees personal instructions at a “toolbox meeting”.


Annual safety check
We happily take care of the legally required annual safety check for you.
During the check we also test the suction cups in a vertical direction, using our draw bench.
This is of the essence since the load is held by friction when lifted vertically.
Due to ageing of the rubber the necessary friction may decrease significantly.
In this test we check whether the friction is still sufficient to lift safely.
A test report allows you to prove that you are working safely and that the device meet all (safety) requirements.


Maintenance & repair
Maintenance and repairs may be performed in our workshop, but also at your location.
We also take care of other brands and have stock of original spare parts at our disposal.


Swift delivery of (spare) parts
All spare parts for the VIAVAC vacuum lifters can be delivered from stock.
If an order for the parts is made before noon it will be sent out on the same day.
In stressing situations our express service can provide the solution.


Assistance in case of malfunction
However, should a problem occur, we will do everything in our power to help you as quick as possible.
This can often be done by telephone, but if necessary, our service engineer will immediately
jump in his car to solve the problem on site.
If necessary we will put a rental device at your disposal allowing you to continue the job.
