CladMaster

At last, with the introduction of the CladMaster, there is now a solution for the installation of ceiling panels in a fast and responsible way that meets all health and safety requirements.

This autonomous device works on rechargeable batteries, and can pick up and manipulate panels of up to 600 kilograms in weight, using suction pads and a forklift or a telescopic handler.

Safety is guaranteed by the implementation of two independent vacuum circuits and an audible alarm that warns the operator when the vacuum level is low.

The six hydraulically powered movements, driven by a sensitive radiographic remote control, make it possible to pick up panels from a stack and place them correctly against the ceiling with millimeter-level accuracy.
