Even after the purchase of one of our vacuum lifters, we remain at your disposal and offer the following services.
Annual safety inspection
We are happy to perform the legally required annual safety inspection for you. Before the due date, we will contact you to make an appointment. During the inspection we can test the suction cups with our tensile testing device in a vertical direction. This is essential because with vertical lifting the load is gripped by means of friction. As a consequence of aging of the rubber, the friction can be greatly reduced. With this test, we check whether the friction is still sufficient for safe lifting. Naturally you receive an inspection report with which you can demonstrate that you are working safely and that the device meets all the required (safety) standards.
Maintenance & repair
We can provide maintenance and repair not only in our workshop but also at your location. Also other brands are in good hands with us. We have a large stock of original spare parts for this.
Quick delivery of (spare) parts
All spare parts for the VIAVAC vacuum lifters can be supplied from stock. If parts are ordered before 12:00, they will as a rule be dispatched the same day. In urgent cases, our express service is available.
Help with disruptions
Should a problem unexpectedly arise, we will do all we can to help you as quickly as possible. Often this can be done by telephone, but when necessary our service engineer will jump into the car and resolve the problem on site. If necessary, we will make a bring a rental device, so that the work can continue without further delay.
