Roof and wall installation
The CladBoy compact 4Flex offers multiple advantages. This vacuum lifter is suitable for the installation of sandwich roof panels up to a length of 8 meters, as well as profiled horizontal and vertical wall panels with a maximum length of 10 meters. The maximum lifting capacity is 200 kg with the dual-circuit safety system. The CladBoy compact 4Flex is also suitable for installing curved sandwich panels.
Suitable for all types of TR roof panels
The width of the four elongated suction pads is adjustable, so they are suitable for any type of TR roof panel and flat wall panels. An added benefit is that this configuration only needs to be set up once. This contributes to a fast installation method. The suction pads are available in two different widths: 90 mm and 110 mm. The 90 mm-wide suction pads are suitable for sandwich roof panels of all well-known panel manufacturers.
Do you need more lifting capacity?
When more lifting capacity is required, the CladBoy compact 4Flex with a single-circuit safety system can be used. This has a lifting capacity of up to 400 kg. When wall or roof panels become even heavier and longer, it is advisable to switch to the CladBoy.
