One vacuum lifter for installing wal land roof panels
A frequently used configuration that we have rarely shared. The images above show the CladBoy CB5 – with a dual vacuum circuit – lifting a 12 meter long vertical wall panel. This configuration has been used by M3 Ruimtebouwers for their project.
Double vacuum circuit
The CladBoy CB5 has a double vacuum circuit. Which means that the use of extra safety straps is not mandatory on the construction site. Not having to use the straps simplifies and speeds up the installation. Above all, it ensures that the men (and woman) on the construction site can lift and assemble safely.
Wall and roof
The CladBoy is not only used by M3 Ruimtebouwers for mounting wall panels, but also for installing steel roof plates. A conscious choice was made for a modular vacuum lifter, so that the project could be realized by only using one machine.
The utility building is located along the North Sea Canal in Amsterdam and is used as a terminal. Cocoa, among other things, is stored in the 30,000 m2 hall. Also, there is also an office space.
